Brief Introduction： I am a senior electrical engineer with a Master’s degree in Power Electrical Engineering and over 15 years of industry experience in the design and analysis of electrical systems for industrial plants, refineries, and commercial projects. My academic contributions include research on fault diagnosis of induction motors using finite element analysis and teaching ANSYS Maxwell, MATLAB, and power electronics at the University of Science and Culture. I specialize in motor design, network studies, and electrical system optimization using software such as ETAP, DigSilent, and ANSYS. My work bridges advanced simulation techniques with practical engineering applications, focusing on improving system reliability, efficiency, and fault detection in electrical machines and industrial power networks.

Brief Introduction： I am an electrical engineer with a Master’s degree from North Carolina A&T State University, specializing in cybersecurity for traffic management systems and deep learning-based traffic prediction. My research applies advanced machine learning techniques to enhance privacy and forecasting accuracy in intelligent transportation systems. I have also taught electrical circuits, systems, and genetic algorithms at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and served as a lecturer in mathematics and IT in Bangladesh. With industry experience in automation, PLC programming, and distribution engineering, I bridge theoretical research with practical applications. Currently, I work as an associate distribution engineer, focusing on the design and analysis of electrical distribution systems. My goal is to contribute to smarter, safer, and more efficient electrical and cyber-physical systems through innovation and education.

Bradford Jr. is currently partaking in TESOL doctoral studies at the University of St Andrews exploring the challenges of ESL instructors and students in Asia and EAP teacher PD. Hailing from Arkansas, he holds degrees in Foreign Languages and TESOL. He has spent much of his career teaching and researching EAP at Sino-Foreign universities. Furthermore, he develops and leads workshops for teachers and students.
