Marco I. Bonelli is an international scholar with extensive teaching and research experience in China and across Asia, Europe, and the United States. Prior to his academic career, he spent many years on Wall Street in senior roles at leading U.S. investment banks, building a successful career in equity research, portfolio management, and institutional finance. This industry background strongly informs his applied teaching and research approach.
He has previously taught and conducted academic work at several Chinese universities and joint programs, where he developed a strong commitment to mentoring Chinese students. Over the years, he has guided numerous Chinese students in gaining admission to top U.S. and European institutions; one of his former students is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Cambridge.
His research focuses on FinTech, artificial intelligence in finance, and equity valuation, with particular emphasis on China’s fintech ecosystem.

Mitchell R. Bradford Jr. is currently partaking in TESOL doctoral studies at the University of St Andrews exploring the challenges of ESL instructors and students in Asia and EAP teacher PD. Hailing from Arkansas, he holds degrees in Foreign Languages and TESOL. He has spent much of his career teaching and researching EAP at Sino-Foreign universities. Furthermore, he develops and leads workshops for teachers and students. Within this role, she teaches GLE 593: Applied Project and GLE 506: Applied Inquiry in Global Education.
