a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) and Registered Dietitian with expertise in sports nutrition, athlete performance optimization, and nutrition education, currently serving as Sports Nutrition Manager at Texas Health Sports Medicine/FC Dallas and Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington (2017–Present). She leads FC Dallas’ Sports Nutrition Program, coordinates services for pro athletes (Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Wings) and collegiate/high school teams, and provides individual counseling (medical nutrition therapy, body composition assessments).
Previously, she was a Sports Dietitian at the University of Georgia Athletics (2016–2017), managing athlete fueling stations, meal plans, and hydration/body composition monitoring. Proficient in budget management, content development (blogs, infographics), and supplement compliance (WADA/NCAA), she has published in U.S. News & World Report and contributed to sports medicine case studies.
