A Civil and Environmental Engineering Ph.D. from the University of Miami. Currently serves as Director of the Water and Environmental Studies Institute at An-Najah National University. Extensive experience in water quality, wastewater treatment, and environmental management. Has led multiple international research projects funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the French Development Agency, and the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. Supervised over 30 master's theses and published extensively in water and environmental engineering.
