A dedicated academic and IT professional currently pursuing a PhD in Information System and Artificial Intelligence at USM, Malaysia. He holds a Master’s in IT (Software Development) from Central Queensland University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Irbid National University. With over a decade of teaching and training experience, he has served as a Computer Science teacher, IT trainer, and university lecturer. His research focuses on DevOps, Agile methodologies, and IT adoption, with a publication in the International Conference on Software and Computer Applications. He combines strong technical expertise with practical industry experience in IT management, quality assurance, and software development, bridging academic knowledge with real-world application.
