This candidate is a Zimbabwean educator with over 24 years of teaching experience, including roles as a primary school teacher, deputy head, and headteacher. He holds an M.Ed in Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe and has been a university lecturer since 2011, teaching psychology and education courses. He has supervised thousands of students and contributed to module development for several universities. Currently, he works as a tutor in Rwanda while maintaining roles with Zimbabwean institutions.
