I am an Associate Professor with a doctorate in Strategic Leadership and over a decade of experience in higher education, specializing in communication studies. My academic career is dedicated to curriculum development, strategic planning, and mentoring students in public speaking, intercultural communication, and leadership. I have served in significant roles such as Faculty Senate Chair and Director of a major speech contest, reflecting my commitment to academic governance and student engagement. As a Doctoral Fellow, I engaged in advanced scholarly work, and I continue to integrate this research into my teaching.
