I am a dedicated physical education professional with a postgraduate degree in Physical Education in the school system and a bachelor’s degree in the same field. My academic background has equipped me with a deep understanding of how physical activity can be integrated into educational environments to promote holistic development. I have extensive experience teaching physical education and Capoeira across various age groups, from early childhood to adult learners, in both Brazil and Canada. My work emphasizes the use of movement and sport to foster health, cultural awareness, and motor skills development. I am passionate about creating inclusive and adaptive learning experiences and have contributed to community outreach programs, supporting at-risk youth through physical education.
