Fluent in Azerbaijani (native), English, Russian, and Turkish, he specializes in cyber-physical systems, big data, IoT, cloud technology, and quantum computing. With over 21 years of work experience (including 15+ years in academia), he currently serves as an Associate Professor at two universities in Azerbaijan.
