Palestinian academic specializing in Telecommunication Systems, Optical Communications, and Next-Generation Wireless Networks (6G/Wi-Fi 8), currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Haliç University (Istanbul, Turkey) since March 2024. He earned his PhD in Telecommunication Systems (2019–2022, Ferhat Abbas University of Setif 1, Algeria) with a thesis on "Analysis and Evaluation of Multi-Access OCDMA Systems in Next Generation Network," along with an MSc (2016–2018) and BSc (2013–2016) in Telecommunication from Dr. Moulay Tahar University of Saida, Algeria.
With over 6 years of academic experience (research/teaching assistant, lab instructor), he has published 13 academic works (7 journal papers + 6 conference papers), including contributions to IEEE Wireless Communications Letters and Telecommunication Systems. His research focuses on Optical CDMA (OCDMA) system optimization, spectral/spatial code design for optical networks, and OTFS-based wireless resource scheduling.
He has participated in 3 key research projects (funded by DGRSDT-Algeria, TÜBİTAK-Turkey, VESTEL-Turkey), advised 4 master’s theses, and won the "Best Paper Award" at ICACTCE’21. Proficient in Matlab, Python, C++, and OptiSystem, he holds advanced English and native Arabic language skills, with a strong track record in bridging optical and wireless communication technologies.
