I am an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Waterloo with expertise in RF MEMS, microwave circuits, and 5G technologies. My research focuses on designing novel mm-wave devices including high-power switches and phase shifters for wireless and satellite applications. With industrial experience at Foundry Branch and a post-doctoral fellowship at CIARS, I have led projects developing MEMS capacitive sensors, superconducting devices, and 60-GHz antenna arrays. I previously served as Assistant Professor at American University of Sharjah, supervising student research on tunable LNAs and RF systems. Holding a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Waterloo, I possess strong capabilities in device fabrication, electromagnetic simulation, and MEMS-CMOS integration, with a proven track record in both academic research and industry applications.
