Wojnar is an Assistant Professor in the Master’s Program in Sport Leadership at Northeastern University, based in Boston, Massachusetts. She holds a PhD in Sport Studies (Leadership & Policy) and a Master’s Degree in Athletic Administration. Her professional focus lies in sport management, leadership theory, and organizational behavior, as she teaches related courses at the graduate level. Additionally, she leads research projects centered on athletic administration and collegiate sports policy, while serving as an advisor to graduate students engaged in sport leadership initiatives. With expertise in the intersection of sports and leadership, she contributes to both academic education and research in the field.
