A seasoned Professor in Construction Management and Civil Engineering at a New York-based College of Technology (since 2020) also serves as Program Director of the Construction Engineering Technology program (since 2014), bringing over a decade of academic leadership. They hold a Ph.D. in Water Resources and Remote Sensing (The City University of New York, 2011) and a B.S. in Civil Engineering (Iran University of Science & Technology, 2001).
