I am an Associate Professor of Geography specializing in geospatial science and environmental studies. With a PhD in Geography from the University of Georgia, my research focuses on spatial analysis, remote sensing applications, and environmental risk assessment. I have established a strong publication record in leading journals including Natural Hazards, Cartography and Geographic Information Science, and Photogrammetric Engineering and Remote Sensing. My scholarly work encompasses diverse areas such as landslide risk modeling, flood assessment, vegetation classification, and disease spatial patterns. I regularly present research at major conferences including the American Association of Geographers annual meetings and have received multiple international research grants. My teaching portfolio includes courses in GIS, remote sensing, spatial statistics, and digital image processing.
