I am a Senior Lecturer in Geography and Environmental Science with extensive international academic experience across China, the UK, Ireland, Singapore, and Australia. My research expertise centers on Geographic Information Systems (GIS), spatial decision support systems, and environmental modeling, with particular focus on natural resource management and climate change impacts. I have led numerous research projects funded by national and international agencies, developing innovative approaches to wetland mapping, forest ecosystem assessment, and land use change analysis. With a PhD in GIS from the University of Edinburgh, I have built a career bridging cartography, remote sensing, and environmental science, while maintaining active research collaborations across multiple continents and mentoring students in spatial analysis techniques.
