I am an Associate Professor specializing in GIS, remote sensing, and geomorphology, with a PhD in Geography from the University of Georgia. My research focuses on karst landform analysis, paleoclimatology using stalagmite records, and environmental change detection through geospatial technologies. I have established a strong publication record in leading journals including Palaeogeography, Palaeoclimatology, Palaeoecology and Geomorphology, with research spanning climate reconstruction, landform quantification, and marine eddy detection. My work has been supported by grants from the National Science Foundation and university research councils. I teach courses across the geography and GIS curriculum, from introductory digital earth concepts to advanced remote sensing and spatial analysis techniques, while maintaining active international research collaborations.
