A U.S.-based professional (authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer) holds a Master of Science in Physical Education and Health from Loma Linda University (1986) and a California Community College Life Teaching Credential in Health and Physical Education. With over 35 years of experience in higher education administration, athletic program leadership, and exercise science instruction, they have built a career spanning academic teaching, athletic direction, and student life management.
Currently, they serve as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Oakwood University (Huntsville, AL, 2023–Present), teaching in the Exercise Science department. Previously, they held a dual role as Vice President for Athletics and Strategic Retention/Athletic Director at Wiley College (Marshall, TX, 2021–2022), where they directed a 10-sport NAIA athletic program and grew the student-athlete population from 85 to 206. They also served as an Associate Professor at Oakwood University (2018–2021), teaching a full load of Exercise Science courses and volunteering as a track coach.
