A tenured professor with 16+ years of service (since 2005) at the Department of Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering & Technology, Oregon Institute of Technology, holding a PhD in Industrial Engineering and an MSc in Software Engineering (both from Kansas State University) plus a BEng in Mechanical Engineering (Beijing Jiaotong University, China).
