Focused and experienced on four research areas i.e. Biofuels, Bio-circular economy, biomass-based catalysts, Green synthesis and Material Engineering. Published several research papers in Biotechnology, Environmental Engineering and Material Engineering and also published several book chapters in Elsevier and Springer Publishers. Multidisciplinary research and education including Biotechnology, development of adsorbents, nanomaterials and algae biochar based photocatalysts. Development of Green nanomaterials for antioxidant, antibacterial and anticancer activities. Preparation of Algae Biochar-based metallic nano-photocatalysts (Biochar-Iron Oxide; Biochar-IO-ZnO; Biochar-IO-TiO2; Biochar-IO-ZnO-TiO2) for organic compounds degradation. International collaborations in the research and teaching. Worked as Principal Investigator and as Co-investigator in various countries.
