I am an adjunct professor and early childhood educator with over 15 years of experience in leadership, special education, and inclusive early childhood programs. Currently completing my Ed.D. on teacher mental health post-pandemic, I blend practice and research to support trauma-informed and person-centered classrooms. I hold specialized fellowships in neurodevelopmental disabilities and teach leadership courses at the university level. My work centers on equitable practices, family engagement, and holistic support for children and educators.
