I am an associate professor and program coordinator with over 25 years of experience in special and inclusive education. Holding a Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne, I focus on teacher attitudes, preparedness, and practices for inclusive classrooms across global contexts. I have published extensively in top special education journals, supervised numerous dissertations, and presented at AERA and CIES conferences. I serve on multiple editorial boards and have received faculty research and teaching awards. My work bridges research and practice to support equitable education for students with disabilities.
