I am an experienced principal lecturer and sport management scholar with over a decade of academic leadership and research expertise. Holding a PhD in sport policy, I specialize in sport volunteering, event management, sustainability, and Olympic legacy. I lead research and knowledge exchange at the University of Sunderland in London and teach at Birkbeck, University of London. I have managed EU and IOC-funded projects, published extensively in high-impact journals, and supervised doctoral and master’s students.
