I am an assistant professor in hospitality and tourism with a PhD in hotel studies. My research focuses on green hotel practices, work stress, and employee performance. I have published two books and peer-reviewed papers, and teach hospitality marketing, food safety, and service quality. I combine academic instruction with vocational training and curriculum development.
