An MFA graduate with a strong background in studio arts, I have taught at the university level as an assistant professor, leading a painting course that integrated digital and physical practices. My teaching approach is shaped by diverse experiences as a graduate teaching assistant, including serving as a “Super TA” during the pandemic to support faculty in transitioning to online instruction. My academic and creative work focuses on fabrication, automation, and new modes of human-machine collaboration. I bring technical expertise in CNC fabrication, 3D rendering, electronics, and coding into both my artistic practice and pedagogy. With years of professional experience in gallery installation, design, and model making, I emphasize hands-on learning and cross-disciplinary inquiry in the classroom.
