An experienced English language educator and researcher currently pursuing a Professional Doctorate in TESOL at the University of St Andrews. He holds an MA in TESOL from the University of Nottingham Ningbo China and a BA in Spanish from Southern Arkansas University. With over a decade of teaching experience across multiple countries, he specializes in English for Academic Purposes, teacher training, and intercultural communication. He has presented at numerous international conferences, published in peer-reviewed journals, and contributed chapters to edited volumes on transnational higher education. His research interests include AI in EAP, wartime language learning, and challenges in Sino-foreign educational contexts. He is also a certified DELTA holder and actively mentors teachers, including a national teaching competition winner.
