Swathi Menon is a Ph.D. candidate in Education Policy, Planning & Leadership at William & Mary (USA). She holds an Ed.D. in Early Childhood Education from Walden University. With extensive research experience in both U.S. and international contexts, she has served as a Graduate Research Assistant at William & Mary and as a Visiting Pre-doctoral Fellow at Northwestern University. Her professional background includes significant leadership roles in Indian education, such as Chief Mentor and Academic Head in schools, as well as Director of Academic and consultancy positions. Her research and publications focus on effective teaching, teacher retention, and cross-cultural educational studies.
