I am a PhD candidate in Information System and Artificial Intelligence at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), where I also serve as a lecturer. My research focuses on the intersection of software engineering methodologies and modern IT operations, specifically investigating the quality assurance challenges associated with DevOps and Agile practices through data analytics. This work has been presented and published in an international conference, the International Conference on Software and Computer Applications (ICSCA). My academic journey includes a Master's degree in IT (Software Development) from Central Queensland University. Building upon this foundation, my doctoral research aims to develop analytical frameworks to manage quality in fast-paced, iterative software development environments. I complement my research with practical teaching experience, instructing students in IT and computer science concepts.
