I am a recently graduated Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, specializing in Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit (RFIC) design. My doctoral research focused on developing high data rate RFID tag designs using CMOS technology, resulting in publications in reputable journals such as the International Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications. My work demonstrates expertise in low-power circuit design, specifically in areas like injection-locked voltage-controlled oscillators and ASK modulators for RFID applications. Prior to my Ph.D., I completed a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at Linköping University, Sweden, with a thesis on differential six-port transceiver design. I possess hands-on lab experience and proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Keysight ADS. My research is firmly grounded in advancing the design of efficient, low-power RF front-end components for wireless communication systems.
