This associate professor holds a PhD in Kinesiology and directs a Motor Rehabilitation and Learning Laboratory. With expertise in motor skill learning, aging, Alzheimer's disease screening, and neurorehabilitation, she leads multiple NIH-funded projects focused on equitable dementia detection and motor-cognitive interventions. She has received honors including a Fulbright Fellowship and serves as an associate editor and grant reviewer.
