Dr. Arafa Ibrahim is an Associate Professor and Consulting Engineer with over 20 years of experience in academia, research, and engineering practice. He currently serves as Head of the Civil Engineering Department and Director of the Engineering Consultancy Center at Qena University. His expertise spans structural and geotechnical engineering, with a research focus on earthquake-resistant design, advanced composites (FRP), and numerical simulation. Dr. Ibrahim has authored and reviewed papers in high-impact journals and has supervised and examined numerous Master's and Doctoral theses. Dedicated to bridging theory and application, he teaches core engineering courses and leads consultancy projects on major infrastructure developments across Egypt.
