Holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Environmental Engineering (Technion - Israel Institute of Technology) and a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy (UC Berkeley). Currently an Assistant Professor at San Diego State University’s Aerospace Engineering Dept., with prior experience as a Postdoctoral Scholar at Caltech. Specializes in fluid mechanics, visual anemometry, and atmospheric turbulence; has secured grants from NSF, ONR, etc., published over 10 papers, and received teaching excellence awards.
