This individual is an Assistant Professor jointly appointed in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a School of Information Systems and Public Policy at a leading university. He earned his Ph.D. and M.S. from the same institution and his B.S. from Morgan State University. He directs a lab focused on future mobility systems. His research applies modeling, simulation, and data analytics to assess the equity, environmental, and policy impacts of emerging transportation technologies. Prior to his academic career, he worked as a consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton.
