A nuclear physics expert with a PhD and MSc from the University of London, and a BSc from Cairo University. Has extensive experience as a full professor in higher education, specializing in applied nuclear and radiation physics. Supervised 7 MSc theses, published 18 Arabic books (used as textbooks in Arab universities), and held 30 seminars/workshops on radiation safety. Skilled in nuclear instrumentation, radiation detection, curriculum development, and e-learning. Served as Training Center Manager, university committee member, and reviewer for the International Journal of Physics.
