I am a historian and researcher specializing in Newfoundland labour history and broader labour movements, currently completing my Master of Arts in History. My academic work, which has been recognized through prestigious awards like the SSHRC Tri-Council Scholarship, focuses on the challenges and resilience of working people, particularly in the logging industry. I am skilled in archival and community-based research methodologies and am committed to presenting historical findings in accessible and impactful ways. My experience includes serving as an Assistant Editor for a peer-reviewed academic journal, managing the publication process, and working as a Teaching Assistant, where I supported student learning and development.
