An associate professor in the Department of Organizations & Human Resources at the State University of New York – University at Buffalo, with the role of Dean’s Faculty Fellow. Served as Faculty Director of the Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness from 2021 to 2023, and as an assistant professor in the same department from 2015 to 2021. Holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior (minor in Research Methods) from the Georgia Institute of Technology (2015) and a B.S. in Agribusiness Economics (specializing in Organizational Psychology, summa cum laude) from Louisiana State University (1998). Research focuses on leadership and motivation, ethics, creativity, and research methods.
