Female academic of Pakistani origin holds a PhD in Business from Taylor’s University, Malaysia, and is currently a Lecturer in Business at Teesside University. With extensive teaching, research, and administrative experience across Malaysia and Pakistan, she specializes in women entrepreneurship, ageing care, and sustainable development. She has numerous Scopus/ABDC-indexed publications, serves as a reviewer for several international journals, and mentors early-career researchers. She is also an active contributor to UN SDG-related initiatives and Commonwealth programs.
