Dr. Salem holds a Dr.rer.nat. in Natural Science from TU Dresden, Germany, with over 18 years of experience in polymer science, biomaterials, and drug delivery systems. She is an Associate Professor at the National Research Center in Egypt and has conducted postdoctoral research in Turkey and the UK. She has published extensively, supervised students, and is skilled in various analytical techniques including DSC, FTIR, and Raman spectroscopy.
