An experienced postdoctoral researcher with a demonstrated history in the semiconductor research industry. I hold a PhD in Physics from Peking University (PKU) and gained extensive research experience at the Center of Wide Band Gap Semiconductors PKU. My expertise lies in the synthesis, growth, and characterization of III-V compound semiconductors (particularly GaN) and their device applications (LEDs, photodetectors). With over 100 citations and an h-index of 6, my career objective is to become a world-leading expert in semiconductor growth and device fabrication, contributing innovative research to the scientific community. I also have experience teaching advanced physics courses at the university level.
