A scholar and practitioner in sports science and adapted physical activity, holding a Ph.D. in Sports Science (University of Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa, 2024) with a focus on eccentric exercise for rheumatoid arthritis management. He also earned two Master’s degrees in Adapted Physical Activity—one from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium, 2009) and another via an Erasmus Mundus exchange at the Norwegian School of Sports Science (2008)—plus a Bachelor’s in Physical and Health Education (Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, 2002). Currently, he serves as a Lecturer in Health and Physical Education at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM, Saudi Arabia, 2021–present), teaching PE courses (PE 101, 001, 002), coaching football/basketball/badminton/squash, and leading the university’s football team. He also acts as an International Baccalaureate (IB) Examiner for Exercise Science (2023–present).
