A newly appointed Assistant Professor of Sport Management at the University of Hartford (August 2024–present), with a PhD in Kinesiology (Sport Management emphasis) from Texas A&M University (2021–2024)—where she also earned a Master’s in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management (2017–2019) and a degree in Leadership/Organizational Leadership (2013–2016), making her a 3x graduate of the university. Her expertise lies in the branding and communication of female athletes, women in the sport workforce, and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). At Hartford, she teaches courses including Sport Management and Analytics, Diversity and Inclusion in Sports Organizations, and Management and Organizational Behavior.
