A PhD in Sport Management (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign) with an MBA pending (University of Amsterdam) and over a decade of academic experience. Currently a Business Systems Analyst at Smartsheet (Jan 2022–present) and a Data Tracking Operator at MLB (May 2020–present). Previously served as a Lecturer at Seattle University (Sept 2020–Dec 2021) and the University of Minnesota (June 2009–Aug 2018), teaching sport management, marketing, and ethics courses. Also worked as a Visiting Instructor at Cal State University Long Beach and the University of Applied Sciences Den Haag (2019). Key achievements include launching 9 study-abroad programs (including one to China), securing a $3,000 sustainability research grant, publishing 5+ peer-reviewed works, and leading sports sustainability roles (e.g., MLB All-Star Game Green Team Coordinator, 2014–2017; Final Four Sustainability Chair, 2019).
