a Ph.D. candidate in Sport & Exercise Science (Sport Administration) at the University of Northern Colorado (UNC), with a doctoral minor in Statistics & Research Methods, expected to graduate in Summer 2024. I also hold an M.S. and B.A. from UNC, with my master’s internship completed in a Division I Football Strength & Conditioning Program. Since January 2020, I’ve served as an Instructor in UNC’s Kinesiology, Nutrition, & Dietetics department, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses (e.g., Legal Aspects of Sport, Sport in Film, Self-Defense) using student-centered learning. I’m also a self-employed online tutor (since April 2015), helping students prepare for the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist exam.
