I am an Assistant Professor of Finance with a Ph.D. in Finance. My primary research interests lie at the intersection of corporate finance, financial intermediation, and the role of culture in financial decision-making. I have a strong publication record, with my work on topics such as systemic risk, social trust, and market reactions to the COVID-19 crisis published in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Financial Services Research, Journal of Multinational Financial Management, and Finance Research Letters. I actively participate in and present my research at major academic conferences such as the Financial Management Association (FMA) meetings. As an educator, I am experienced in teaching a variety of courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including Corporate Finance, International Financial Management, and Investments, consistently receiving high student evaluations.
